We provide free standard shipping for all us orders. We offer different rates based on the shipping speed and weight of the product. You have options for rates offered by ups (for both domestic and international orders) and other carriers (for international orders). 

We will ship the products within 2 business days after you place the order and the delivery takes 2-5 business days depending on the distance.

Tracking numbers are sent via e-mail and text. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please email us at hello@nativetriplehelixcollagen.com. We will get back to you within 1 business day.

After enrollment, an ambassador account will be created in the Native Triple Helix Collagen System. Each ambassador receives a unique customer code to share with friends and followers that offers customers 25% off their first order. For every referred customer order, the ambassador receives 30% commissions.

Commissions are calculated on net sales. Meaning, retail price minus discounts, taxes and shipping.

At the end of each calendar month, we’ll process commission payment for that month. This process and the delivery of the payments will take a few business days to arrive.  We send payments electronically through Zelle and Venmo.
